As the whole school knows, tomorrow is our annual SMK TAR sports day. Though this year, it will be held in the Shah Alam Mashusita stadium. All prefects participing in this event; nevertheless for what reason, please please PLEASE come in time for your bus. Cross your fingers the weather will be cloudy!

Point System Revised 1

1. Each prefect will start off with 10 points and will be assigned to a group.
2. Each prefect will be assessed individually.
3. Each prefect points will add up to the team’s points.
4. Each prefect starts off with 10 points each week.
5. The team with the highest points at the end of each week will get to choose the team’s duty point for the next whole week.
6. The team with the lowest points at the end of each week will clean the Bilik Pengawas for the next entire week and have their team members auction off except the team leader.
7. The team with the highest average score at the end of each month will get to choose 1 week off duty for the following month.
8. The prefect who has the highest points at the end of the month shall get to choose 1 day off duty for the following month.
9. Each team member’s points will be used to replenish a member who has achieved negative points for the week.

13. The third time a prefect or a new probate have been suspended, he/she shall be fired immediately from the board.
14. Prefects who becomes a probate will be not be suspended if any faults was committed but will be fired instead.

Points Awarding

♦+1 will be given for doing duty properly and satisfactorily
♦-1 will be given for NOT doing duty properly and satisfactorily
♦+5 will be given for solving a crisis that occurs.
♦-5 will be given for being unable to solve the crisis that occurs at any moment.
♦-2 will be given for being absent at prefect assembly but present in school
♦-2 will be given for being late to prefect assembly without a valid reason
♦-2 will be given for being late and still taking their time to go to the morning
assembly
♦+5 will be given for each member whose team has the highest average points each
week
♦-5 will be given for being suspended from duty for a particular reason (having the
lowest point is not counted)
♦-1 will be given for not doing duty (EVEN if being suspended or absent from school
without informing any of the examiners prior to the day)
♦+1 will be given for being present at morning assembly
